This Privacy Policy explains how Adapa Group / Agrimall ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the Adapa Group mobile application (the "App"). The App is an internal business tool for authorized employees, agents and partners of Adapa Group / Agrimall. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account details issued to or entered by you, such as your name, mobile number, employee ID and role.
• Business records you create or update, such as orders, dispatches, billing, payments, and customer and farmer details (names, phone numbers, addresses).
• Photos and documents you upload, such as order, delivery, dispatch and billing proofs.

Information collected through device permissions (only after you grant the permission)

• Location (precise and approximate) – to record field visit and delivery locations and to show maps.
• Camera – to take photos and scan barcodes for orders, dispatches and billing.
• Photos and files – to attach images and documents you choose through the system picker.
• Phone (place calls and read phone state) – to call customers and farmers directly from the App and to show call status. The App does not read your call history or SMS messages.
• Microphone – for audio features such as voice notes, where used.

Information collected automatically

• Device and app information such as device model, OS version, app version and network status.
• Crash reports, performance data and usage analytics.
• A push notification token so we can send you work updates.

2. How We Use Information

• To log you in and provide the App's features: managing orders, dispatches, billing, payments and customer communication.
• To record locations and proofs related to your work.
• To send notifications about work updates.
• To fix crashes, monitor performance and improve the App.
• To keep the App secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the App:

• Service providers – Google Firebase (authentication, notifications, analytics, crash reporting and performance monitoring), Google Maps and Google Play services (maps and location), Google ML Kit (barcode scanning on your device), cloud hosting and storage providers, and telephony providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
• WhatsApp – when you choose to share information with a customer through WhatsApp, the App opens WhatsApp with that content; WhatsApp's own policies apply.
• Within our organization – with authorized staff who need the information for their work.
• Legal reasons – when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

4. Data Security

Data sent between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to authorized users. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We keep account information while your access to the App is active. Business records such as orders, billing and payments are kept as long as needed for business, accounting and legal purposes. Crash and analytics data is kept according to our service providers' retention settings.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You can allow or deny any device permission, and change it at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to delete your account, by contacting us at the email below. Some business records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is meant only for authorized business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a new "Last updated" date.
